Dog killer hit with karma stick

In Hohhot City a dog thief was caught red handed killing and stealing dogs to sell for dog meat. Furious local residents became involved in a high speed pursuit with the dog thief after he sped off with his car load of freshly killed dogs from their neighborhood. Driving erratically the dog thief lost control of his vehicle and rolled it at high speed! Its reported the dog thief and all the dogs were dead at the scene.
