This is from a shitty anti-drug website that exaggerates how dangerous they are and demonizes them all, without sticking to the facts. It's anti-drug propaganda to scare you out of trying it. They have these dumbass videos which don't tell you shit about the drug. I uploaded this one because I thought it was funny. The spice one the dude ends up in the hospital. The meth one the dude tries to rob a convenience store and gets shot by cops, The cocaine one a girl goes to a party, snorts coke, gets drunk, and then goes to the emergency room for literally no reason. Didn't watch the rest of them, figured they were all low-budget, dumbass shit.
