    I've been following this... The common law wife of the dead guy didn't show the video first hand, so the father and son we're both released the next day on 25,000 bond after being arrested. After the lady showed the cops the video, they were arrested again and their bonds were raised to 250,000. Both of them are charged with first degree murder. I honestly don't see those charges going anywhere but to be reduced in the defendants favor. Because clearly that guy they shot was being a fucking dumbass..
