This CCTV video is from Vietnam and continues with the never ending saga of bad kids + bad parents.

A young kid is seen outside a restaurant with street traffic just feet away. He is unsupervised and harassing a white horse that is eating trash on curb peacefully. The horse gives a friendly warning kick after kid pulls on his hair. Not heeding the warning, he continues to annoy the equine until getting kicked with a hind leg. Safe to say this was a learning experience for the little one he doesn’t soon forget.
