I don't like hosting anything that resembles animal porn. Dunno about you but in the states its very legality is questionable depending on where your servers are located.
Beyond that, I simply don't like inviting shit storms from trolls and/or advocacy groups - which is why MZ also doesn't allow egregious animal abuse (like organized dogfighting vids) or "realistic" portrayals of rape.
That being said, the dog is obviously not the focus of this video and it's surrounded by equally offensive things. By the letter of the law we're safe.
Now... DrGiggles got banned awhile back because he spitefully and knowingly posted one of these types of videos in full. Like a faggot.
Anywho, this is on me, and I need to re-write the rules and FAQ shit to something less rambly and more readable.
