So, no, I'm not actually doing no fap November. Not deliberately anyways.

I no fap routinely in the hopes that good things will happen to me. When they inevitably don't, I go on a fap binge until fapping becomes a chore due to it taking too much effort to conclude. Then the cycle begins again.
