BACKSTORY

The gist of it is this: A few years back the suspect (Guy in black shirt) robbed the Victim (white shirt). The victim managed to pull out his weapon, causing the suspect to run away. The victim then broke the windows to the suspect's vehicle in retaliation.
Apparently, this "beef" had been going on for some time between the two. The suspect then had people who were close to the victim slip xanax into whatever he was eating/drinking and set him up. That's when the suspect was notified and waited until the victim was out of it completely before committing the assault that you see on top.
