Ok it works when the link it on it's own. Can you fix that or is there anything I can do?

I can fiddle with it, but it's kind if hard. See, Zucko parses comments to prevent you from posting HTML, thousands of line breaks (like you could on MS) or other site breaking stuff.
They are replaced with a p tag, which serves as a natural line break for readability.
Depending on the content of your post, the youtube code might not know exactly where to stop reading your link.

You can even click the link and it works, it's just the embed that won't work. Kinda annoying.
