    It has been 3 days now without food. Today I felt weak for the first time. Physically weak. I have avoided light-headedness for the most part. Chatfagging with Barret helps me not burn brain calories.

    I think actually, I should start light exercises in the morning to give me a spring in my step. Not sure what to do. Maybe just a walk around the neighborhood.

    I took a big shit recently, surprisingly enough. It will probably be my last for awhile.

    I can smell a restaurant grilling onions. I don't know where. But it's there.
