With the benefit of hindsight, that truck was obviously pulling left to avoid hitting them. But the dumb gook behind the wheel felt that instead of braking, they would just overtake via the hard shoulder.
Still standing in the hard shoulder (where you're causing large vehicles to manoeuvre) is also incredibly retarded.
NoobLife must be hard with slanted eyes. You know what they say, Asians can't drive for shit. I knew one personally and it they would always tailgate or try to over take other cars. I was riding with them and they totalled their car on the back end of another. And just here recently rear-ended a truck their brand fuckin' new Honda Civic and tried to blame it on the other driver. Thankfully no one was ever killed but... I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. Chinks can't drive.
