Tonight I enjoyed 8 tacos for $5 from Jack in the Box as a late dinner. Not great for me but if you're trying to save money a very solid option. Can also recommend the Taco Bell value money. You can get 4 burritos with tax for $5.

Not eating at Jack in the Box for my health.. it's for my pocketbook, time and hunger. Tonight I'm considering diversifying and trying that new jalapeno bacon cheeseburger at Wendy's. Wanna make sure my body gets all necessary vitamins and minerals by getting the full spectrum of fast food.

Khua Kling, a very spicy curry.

2 Pad Kra Pao Moo and 1 Pad Kra Pao Duck, some kind of fried pork/duck meat in a special oyster/fish/soy sauce mix with basil leaves, the pork variant is my favorite Thai food and could eat it every day.

Some well shakened kebab salad, it looked nice before carrying it around.

Fried pork in a garlic sauce.

Some kind of vegetable and fried meat thing they gave me for free, probably poisoned.

    Fries rice and Chicken/vegetables.

4 Pork and Chicken BBQ sticks.

    Roasted duck on rice.

and finally some random bags of black sauce that is probably 90% salt and sugar, instant heart attack fuel.

    Phew.

Half of it too spicy to eat, so have to mix it with large amounts of rice to get it down.

You guys are probably tired of my long rants, so short version: Trying to focus on fixing one thing at a time now (first the blood sugar/diabetes 2), since trying to fix everything at once didn't seem to work.

You're right that stuff isn't too good for the heart but at least the sugar levels is acceptable, barely, fucking thais and their lack of creative food, everything has to be 10% sugar or the police will arrest the cook.

Some say beans are considered fruit, vegetable or legumes.

You made me Google it as well.

    Here's my copypasta.

Some say that beans are neither a fruit or a vegetable, because they are all legumes. The fruit of a legume comes out in the form of a pod, which opens along a seam and contains seeds within. Some examples of legumes include: alfalfa, peas, chickpeas, lentils, peanuts and, you guessed it, beans

Dunno about the air, probably because Thai's don't understand hygiene or bacteria. They think that if you put running water from the polluted tap water for a second, its clean. They also don't understand refrigeration or freezers so they expect you to eat the food soon.

The texture is just all the sauce and condensation in the bag from the heat, the meat is just right, not chewy and not mushy. Maybe the heat has something to do with the air? Makes the plastic less melty? Dunno, they may not understand hygiene but they know their fast food, so sure there is a reason.

Since we are on about useless facts:

They originally started putting chili on food to keep it fresh longer, but mainly to cover up the taste of stale old meat and ingredients. Its kind of gross to think about, but have to remember that now they do it because they are used to the taste, and most of them don't even like the food unless its dangerously spicey. They literally end up hurting themselves from chili damaging the stomach linings.

I think most foreigners would enjoy the fried rice with varying meats, like seafood fried rice, or the garlic sauce meals. They also love sausages so damn much, like sausages wrapped in bacon, sounds very American.

How about some cheesey chili hot dogs?

    Pork omelet.

Norwegians supposedly eat more Taco's then anywhere in the world, but they use mostly the mildest sauces. Only a select few enthusiasts make spicy food, so its mostly true. We aren't as bad as the Brits but sometimes I wonder if there's an unwritten law that bans strong flavours in some of our food, like the popular cheeses.
