In a way, Giggles technique is brilliance. He may make a boring comment that doesn't bother me or most users. But then one user have to bite, turn it into a long thread, and then it suddenly becomes annoying after all. Like he uses us to troll eachother, as pawns in his mind games....

What I can think of :

FOR Giggles. - He's a good butt for jokes. - Funny face. - Makes a funny comment once or twice a month.

AGAINST Giggles. - Boring. - Pedantic. - So obviously a lame troll so its annoying watching people take him seriously. - Makes thousands of non-funny comments every months.

I expect only logical, well thought out and reasonable arguments of course, this is mucho after all.
