It's pure JS, not Flash, so the link should work on your mobile device if you have a way to input controls that is equivalent to arrow keys. It actually worked on my Xbox too. They have GamePad apps on most phones for this sort of thing.

re: fatbastard - I tried to stay consistent with the original spritemap and coordinates, I think I did a very good job maintaining hitboxes, but fatbastard was my one failure. My headcanon is that fatbastard is so fat, he has his own gravity.
Although sometimes swerving off road for a second is better than running into the back of a naked possum truck.
I actually forget if they're treated the same. Just know that when you go offroad your speed is reduced by at least 2% per game tick, down to a maximum of 30 MPH. Don't let the roads cuck you!
The only advantage Barret has (besides a lifetime of being a gaming beckbeard) is that he got to see the game like a day earlier and help me debug. He's completed maybe 4 laps total.

Surprised THJ got under 1:56 that fast... in all my test runs my best time was 1:53.1 - there's going to be a real log jam if you guys get competitive.
Traffic is also highly variable, and some games you might be having the run of your life just to run into a bottleneck. Have fun 8)
