Lost the popular vote by 3 million, SUPPOSEDLY got the Electoral College by 70,000 votes between Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin thanks to gerrymandering, voter suppression and a smear campaign about EMAILS. He really hasn't done much of anything except undo stuff that Obama did.
