In the first incident, a 27-year-old woman was walking on East 74th Street near First Avenue at about 6 p.m. when the man approached her from behind, grabbed her waist and shoved a bag of feces down her pants, police said.He grabbed her buttocks, then ran away. Hours later, the man attacked someone else on East 91st Street between Park and Madison avenues, this time smearing the feces on the victim, according to police. Investigators believe the man is homeless.
